the LA version of the team put in some good base miles yesterday. greg, noah and i did our route out to sunland and over to balboa via foothill. this puts you in the north eastern corner of the valley were the 5 starts to head up to the 14. we then made our way back to the hollywood hills team headquarters. noah seems to be carrying over some solid fitness from this year and we see big things for him in is inaugural team becher+ season.

oh, what a beautiful 96 degree day in october, hot and dry. it really sucks training here.... other team news, the new kit design will be ready soon and the final confirmations from sponsors should be sealed up soon also. we hope to have a banner season and build on our successes the past year.
